Refund Policy & License Transfer
If you are not satisfied with your product, a refund request can be made,
and if meets our refund criteria, money will be refunded within 30 days.
You must not have created any licenses or logged into our software portal.
All software portal actions are logged. Versions 2.x+ licensing is now done on Niagara
Central. No licenses must have been issued from Niagara Central. Licenses are non-transferable
unless they are marked as 'replaced' on Niagara central. Once a host ID is nominated on Niagara Central, it cannot be transferred unless the jace/supervisor fails and/or is issued a new host id.

Refund requests must be made within 3 days of purchase. If you have a doubt about any product, then ask for a free trial, or try any of our free products to see how it all works.
If you plan to setup the graphics on your enginners machine and then transfer it to your customers machine when ready, then please contact us regarding this so we can issue you an
engineering license for your local machine.
Free products are sold "as-is". If the licensing is bound to a Niagara installation Host ID, then each free product is limited to 1 host id per account email address.
You can have 2 licenses if one license is an OFFICE-DEMO license and the other is on a supervisor or JACE. Personal emails addresses will not be accepted.
Once a host ID is nominated on Niagara Central, it cannot be transferred unless the jace/supervisor fails and issued a new host id.
Please allow 24-48 hours to issue a license from Tridium.
If its an OFFICE-DEMO license, then the Free product will only run for the duration of that license.
Free Products cannot be redistributed without permission. There will be limited support on Free products, so please see the website and help manual if applicable.
The Maintenance Fee is OPTIONAL as is per customer, not per product. So if you have 20 of our products, then it is only paid once.
It covers Niagara modules and services. It excludes our View Builder IOT product which is subscription based.
The current amount is £69.00 GBP excluding VAT (EU) ($85.00 USD or €81.00 EU) VAT is only applied to EU customers.
If it is not paid yearly, you will not be able to download the latest modules and files. The maintenance fee is applicable 1 year after initial software purchase. If you
purchase a new product and your maintenance has expired, then you will not be able to download the new product.
Your product will continue to work as normal and expire in-line with your Tridium license. We will send you an invoice for the maintenance fee by August of each year.

Defects/New Additional Features/Support
Any additional features required which are not considered defects will incur a development cost. The cost will depend on the requirement and we will inform you beforehand for your approval. Any support outside the scope of what is already listed on the product page or help will incur as support cost. You will be notified of this when contacting support and will need your approval before commencing. Any defects for paid products will be sorted out by our development in due course. Defects will be put on our backlog and sorted by priority. New features which enhance the product and are not bespoke just for one customer will not incur any charges.
Software developed is delivered via access to source control, zipped file, or a pre agreed process.
