Unable to update to version 4.10 update 1

This is a known issue with 3rd party drivers which Tridium have confirmed. Make sure you have downloaded the latest version of our drivers/modules/widgets from our software portal.

Maintenance Fee:

The Maintenance Fee is optional as is per customer, not per product. So if you have 20 of our products, then it is only paid once. It covers Niagara modules and services. It excludes our View Builder IOT product which is subscription based. The current amount is £69.00 GBP excluding VAT (EU). VAT is only applied to EU customers. If it is not paid yearly, you will not be able to download the latest modules and files. Your product will continue to work as normal and expire in-line with your Tridium license. We will send you an invoice for the maintenance fee by August of each year. If you have any queries regarding this please contact us.

This is no longer the case. When the dashboard loads up it "lazy load" the config and menu. You will need to update the viewBuilderService-rt.jar to 1.0.1 and the web files to > 2.1.0..
